U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Homes for West Virginia today at “Hope Village” in White Sulphur Springs. At the groundbreaking, Mylan and MedExpress announced they will be providing $1 million and $500,000 respectively in seed money for Homes for West Virginia. This new program was launched by the nationally recognized disaster recovery nonprofit SBP and will partner with community leaders, West Virginia businesses and local stakeholders to rebuild communities, neighborhoods, small businesses and homes destroyed in the flooding
